The Perfect Cup of Loose Leaf Honeymint Tea
In a pot of fresh hot water (not boiling) infuse 1 teaspoon of tea per cup of water.
Steep tea for 2-7 minutes depending on desired strength.
Garnish with fresh mint. Add cream, sugar or honey if desired.
