Pour freshly boiled water and allow the tea to steep for 3-7 minutes, depending on taste. Add milk and/or sugar to taste. Ideally serve in a clear glass cup to enjoy the intense color.

Close to the factory where "Ling Ling" teabags are produced, local government and the tea estate have joined together to build a school for the children of tea estate employees and other families in the area. Beyond the flavor, this was one of the reasons we chose this particular tea from among the thousands of fine Chinese black teas.
